Our office is tucked away in Samartha Vaibhav, which is a big building in Mumbai, specifically at 1108. The pin code is 400053 if you are trying to find us on a map. Mumbai is a fast place, and this area is no different. We spend most of our time at Culture Holidays sitting at our desks, answering phones, and dealing with travel paperwork. It’s not a glamorous setup with big displays or anything. It’s just an office with computers and some chairs for when people come by to talk about their trips. Being on the 11th floor means we spend a fair bit of time waiting for the elevators, which can be slow during the middle of the day. We have been here for some time now, and we know the building inside out. The hallways are usually pretty quiet, which is a nice change from the street noise downstairs. We don't do much in the way of big advertising or polished presentations. We just sit here, take the calls, and try to get the bookings sorted out correctly. Sometimes the coffee machine acts up or the internet slows down, but we just keep at it. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep things simple for everyone who walks through the door at 1108 Samartha Vaibhav. It’s just work for us, and we do it day after day without much change in the routine.
