Crystal Arts

Our shop, Crystal Arts, is tucked away at Shop No 7 in Sagar Avenue. We are over in the Dhobi Santacruz East area, specifically near Sahar and the Vakola Bridge. It is a busy little spot and the bridge is a good landmark for anyone who has not been here before. We have a lot of different things going on inside the shop. Some days we are busy with small art pieces and other days we are just cleaning up the place. The space is not very large, so we have to be careful about where we stack things. Being near Vakola Bridge means there is a lot of traffic and dust, so we are always wiping down the glass and the counters. People from around the Sahar neighborhood usually drop in to see what we are working on. It is a bit of a squeeze when more than three people are inside at the same time. We have been in Santacruz for a while now and we know most of the other shop owners on this stretch. We do not use any big machines or anything too loud. It is mostly just manual work and staying organized. The light in the shop isn't always great, but it works for what we do. We just open up in the morning and stay until the evening rush starts to settle down. It is a simple place where we enjoy doing our own thing every day.
