Cromelite Transport Pvt Ltd operates out of Office No 127/A, which is part of the 28 Mehta Cham Masjid area. We are situated quite close to Mehta Chambers, a spot most people in the transport line know well. Our office isn't much to look at, just a practical space where we handle the daily grind of moving goods from one place to another. There are always stacks of manifests on the desks and the sound of the city coming through the windows. It’s a small team here, mostly just me and a couple of others who have been in the business for years. We spend our time talking to drivers and making sure the loads are secured and the timings are right. It can be a bit stressful when a shipment is late or the weather isn't cooperating, but that is just the nature of transport work. We’ve had this office for a while now and the location is good for being in the middle of the action. Sometimes it feels like we are always playing catch-up with the schedule, but somehow it all gets done. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one that people can actually talk to. There’s no fancy reception desk or anything like that, just some chairs and our computers. We focus on the work at hand and try to stay out of the way of the heavy traffic that clogs up the streets near the Masjid. It is just life in the city.
