Crochet Creations

We are located up on the second floor of the Auburn building, specifically in Flat No 10. If you know the R C Dutt Road area near Cumballa Hill, you know it can get pretty busy with traffic and people moving around. We’ve been here at Crochet Creations for a bit, tucked away where it’s a little quieter than the street level. It’s a nice enough space, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up again. We spend our days surrounded by yarn and hooks and all the projects we have going on at once. It’s definitely not a showroom, more like a workshop that’s seen a lot of use. There’s usually thread on the floor and piles of half-finished things on the tables. We like it that way. It feels like work is actually happening. We didn’t really plan to turn this into a whole thing, it just kind of happened because we liked making things. Now, this flat is full of supplies. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped, but it’s home to everything we do. We don’t have a big reception desk or fancy lighting. Just some good chairs and enough light to see the stitches. If you’re looking for us, just head up to the second floor. We’re usually here till late, just working through whatever order is next on the list. It’s a lot of hours but it is fine.
