Criti Care Hospital

Criti Care Hospital is located right in the middle of Andheri East. If you know anything about this part of Mumbai, you know it is always moving and always loud. Our building sits right in the thick of it. We have people coming in at all hours because the area is so packed with offices and residential blocks. The lobby is almost never empty. Our staff members are mostly local people who take the trains or the metro to get here, so we all know the struggle of the Andheri commute. The hospital itself is a solid building, though you can tell it’s been through many monsoon seasons. We have different floors for different things, and the elevators are kept busy all day long. In the back, there is a small area where the staff takes their breaks and tries to get a bit of quiet away from the hospital sounds. The lighting inside is that bright fluorescent kind that you find in most places like this. We don’t have any fancy art on the walls or anything like that, just the necessary signs and notices. Sometimes the traffic outside gets so backed up that you can hear the horns even through the windows. It’s just the reality of being in Andheri East. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day. It is a hectic place, but we are used to it.
