Our office is on the second floor of the New Shivleela Co-operative Housing Society, right in room 204. We are located on SVP Road, not too far from the Goal Deal area. It’s a typical society building, so you have to walk past the main gate and up the stairs to find us. The hallway can be a bit dark sometimes, but our room is well-lit for the work we do. We deal with gems and jewelry in a very straightforward way. There isn't any fancy decor here, just some sturdy tables, chairs, and our safe. We spend most of our time looking at stones and figuring out how they should be set. It’s a small space, so it gets a bit cramped when more than three people are inside. Being in a housing society means it’s relatively quiet compared to being right on the main road. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work. We aren't a big corporate office with a lobby; it’s just a place where we come to do our daily tasks. Most of our clients are people who have known us for years. We just try to stay focused on the pieces in front of us and get the work finished on time. Sometimes the building lift is out of order, which is a bit of a pain, but we don't mind the walk up to the second floor. It’s just a regular workplace for us, nothing more and nothing less.
