Craftsvilla

We are located at 21 Centrium in the Lokhandwala area of Kandivali East. The address is a bit of a mouthful with Akurli Cross Road and Alika Nagar, but most people just know it as the Lokhandwala Complex. It’s a very busy part of Kandivali. There are always people walking around, and the traffic on Akurli Road is almost constant. Our space in Centrium is where we handle the day-to-day operations for Craftsvilla. It’s not a showroom where you come to browse through items on a shelf; it’s more of an office where we get the work done. We have desks, computers, and a lot of things piled up in corners. Sometimes it looks a bit messy because we are constantly working on different bits and pieces of the business. It’s a fast-paced environment because something is always happening with the orders and the daily tasks. We don't have a big fancy entrance with a receptionist. You just come in and see people working. The building itself is quite modern, which is a bit different from some of the older parts of Kandivali. We spend a lot of our time on calls or typing away at our keyboards. In the afternoons, some of us go down to the local stalls for cutting chai. It’s a pretty standard work life here. We’re just a group of people in an office building trying to keep everything moving smoothly in the middle of a crowded city like Mumbai.
