Our place is located in Kurla West, specifically at 2/34 in the Taklyaward area. It’s tucked away in Khotchawl, which can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't familiar with all the narrow side streets around here. We’ve been operating out of this space for some time now, handling healthcare products and the usual pile of paperwork that comes with running a small company. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we get our daily work done. Most days, we are busy sorting out orders and talking to people who come by to ask about what we have. Kurla is always crowded and noisy, so there is always something going on just outside our doors. Inside, it’s mostly desks, some tall storage shelves, and the constant sound of fans running to keep us cool. We aren't a big corporate office with glass walls or shiny floors. It’s just us doing our jobs in a local neighborhood. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the guys who deliver the mail every afternoon. Sometimes the rain makes the street outside a bit messy and slow, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We keep a simple routine from morning until evening. People mostly come to us for specific healthcare items they’ve heard about from friends. It’s a practical setup and it works for what we need. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the address on the door. It’s a humble spot but we’ve made it our own.
