Continental Belting

You can find us at 703 Harshavardhan, which is inside the Rahjea Township over in Malad East. Continental Belting is tucked away in Mumbai, and being in a township like this means things are a bit different than a standard industrial zone. We are up on the seventh floor, so we see a bit of the Mumbai skyline when we look out the window, though mostly it is just other buildings. Dealing with industrial belting from an office space means a lot of phone calls and a lot of coordinating with warehouses. We spend a good chunk of the day on the computer or talking to customers about sizes and materials. Malad East is always crowded, so getting to work can be a bit of a headache with the traffic and the rains. The office is not huge, but it fits us all okay. We keep samples of the belts around so we can actually show people what we are talking about. It is a lot of technical talk about rubber and tension and stuff like that. We do not really do anything flashy. It is just about making sure the right belt gets to the right factory on time. Sometimes the courier is late or the tea guy forgets to come by, but we manage. We have been in this spot for a bit and it works for us. It is just a regular day-to-day operation in the middle of a busy city.
