Our office is in the Swastik Apartments on Garden Lane, just off the main LBS Marg in Ghatkopar West. We’re in unit 2-A. It’s a convenient location because it’s easy to get to the main road, but the lane itself is a bit quieter. We’ve been using this apartment as our workspace for some time. It doesn’t really look like a typical office from the outside, but it has everything we need inside. We have some desks, a few chairs for guests, and plenty of files stacked up. We spend our days mostly coordinating things and handling the admin side of the business. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. There’s no big hierarchy here. We just come in, have our coffee, and start on the list of things to do. The neighborhood has a lot of little shops around, so it’s easy to step out for a minute if we need something. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that to show off. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks. Sometimes the place feels a bit full when we have meetings, but we’ve made it work for years. It’s a practical, local setup. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a glass building. We're just here on LBS Marg, working away like everyone else in the area.
