Our facility is located at Plot No.194-195 in the GIDC area of Vitthal Udyognagar. It’s a proper industrial setting with factories and workshops all around us. We've been here for a while, and the routine is pretty much the same every single day. We handle medical-related products, which means we have to be quite careful about how things are stored and moved through the warehouse. The warehouse part of the building is usually quite warm, especially in the afternoons when the sun hits the roof. We aren't a fancy corporate headquarters with glass walls; this is where the actual work happens. You’ll mostly see people in work clothes moving boxes or checking inventory lists on clipboards. The road leading up to the plot is a bit bumpy and gets muddy when it rains, but that’s just life in an industrial zone. We have a small office area where we handle the paperwork and the phone calls. It’s fairly quiet in there compared to the shop floor where the machines are. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights out front to draw attention. Most of our neighbors are other businesses doing their own thing. We just focus on our own tasks and make sure the orders get out when they’re supposed to. It’s a lot of physical work and staying on top of the schedule. We have a small tea stall just outside where we usually take our breaks. It’s a simple, hardworking environment.
