College Street

If you head over to Phoenix Marketcity Mall in Kurla West, you will find us at S/42, right in Atrium No 3. It is a busy spot, especially on the weekends when the whole mall gets crowded with people from all over Mumbai. We are called College Street. Being inside a big mall like this means there is always something going on around us. The air conditioning is nice, especially when it gets really hot outside on Lbs Marg. Our shop isn't the biggest one in the atrium, but we try to keep things organized so people can find what they need without too much trouble. Sometimes people just wander in while they are waiting for a movie or after having lunch at the food court. We have staff who have been here since we opened, and they know the layout pretty well. It can get a bit hectic during the holiday sales when everyone is rushing around, but usually, it is a steady pace. We spend a lot of time tidying up the shelves because people like to pick things up and put them back in the wrong spots. It is just part of the job. Most of us take our breaks in the back room or grab a quick tea from one of the stalls nearby. Working in a mall means you see a lot of different faces every day. We are just a regular shop trying to keep things running smoothly for anyone who stops by.
