Our operation is based at 501-E in Poonam Chambers, which is located on Dr. Annie Besant Road near Nagdevi Cross Lane. We are right across from Atria Mall, so the area is always packed with cars and people going to the shops. Our work is all about logistics, specifically the kind that involves keeping things at the right temperature while they move. It’s a lot of monitoring and making sure that the cooling systems are working as they should be. The office in Poonam Chambers is where the planning happens, and it is usually filled with the sound of phones ringing and people coordinating with drivers. It can get pretty stressful when there is a delay in the city traffic, especially since we are dealing with goods that can’t sit out in the Mumbai heat for too long. We don't have a polished corporate environment; it’s more of a functional space where the focus is entirely on the schedule and the temperature logs. Working on Dr. Annie Besant Road means we are right in the thick of the city’s movement. We spend our days trying to stay ahead of the clock and the heat. It is a straightforward business that requires a lot of attention to detail and a lot of patience with the daily traffic jams. We just do our best to keep everything moving smoothly from our spot in the building.
