Our office is located on the 2nd floor of PS Plastic House. It is on A10B-Cross Road in the MIDC area of Andheri East. MIDC is always buzzing with trucks and people, and our street is no different. Clearpack india Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for a while now. The space is mostly filled with desks, computers, and a few pieces of equipment we use for testing or showing how things work. It is a practical environment. We do not have a big lobby or anyone to open the door for you; you just walk in and find someone at their desk. The team here is pretty laid back. We mostly wear casual clothes and focus on getting the jobs done. It gets quite busy during the middle of the week when we have a lot of shipments coming and going. The air conditioning sometimes struggles with the Mumbai heat, but we make do. We talk to a lot of different factories and help them figure out their packaging lines. It is not glamorous work, but it is what we know. Most of us have been here for years, so we are like a small family. We know the local food joints around MIDC pretty well and often grab lunch together. It is just a normal day-to-day operation where we try to stay on top of our tasks without making a big fuss about it.
