Classic Aluminium Centre

If you are driving down R. C. Marg in Chembur East, you might see us right across from the Fine Arts Hall. We are in the Neelkanth Shopping Arcade, specifically at Shop No. 4. It’s a decent spot, though the parking out front can be a real headache on the weekends. We spend our days dealing with aluminium sections, frames, and sliding window parts. The shop isn't huge, so things tend to get stacked up pretty high against the walls. You’ll usually hear the sound of a saw cutting through metal if you walk by. We do a lot of work for the houses and offices nearby. It’s dusty work, and the metal shavings get into everything, including our tea. The arcade itself has seen better days, but it’s a good community of shopkeepers. We know the guys in the neighboring shops well. Most of our day is spent measuring out pieces or helping someone find a specific type of channel for their balcony windows. We don’t have a website or anything like that; people usually just drop in because they saw the sign while waiting at the traffic light. It’s just a regular local shop where we try to get the jobs finished on time. Sometimes we’re behind schedule because a delivery didn't show up, but we manage to get through it. It is just part of the daily grind in this neighborhood.
