You can find Cigma Products & Design (P) Ltd. at J30 in the Midc Ambad area. Since we are in an industrial zone, the whole neighborhood has a specific sound to it, mostly machines running and trucks idling nearby. Our place is where the actual designing and making happens. It is usually a bit dusty and there are always scraps of material or old sketches lying around the work tables. We do not have a fancy reception area with someone waiting to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us covered in shop dust or looking at a computer screen. The J30 unit is our home base, and we have lived through all the power cuts and road repairs that come with being in this part of town. Our team is small, and we have worked together long enough that we do not need to say much to get things moving. Coffee breaks are taken whenever there is a lull in the work, usually sitting on whatever crate is empty at the time. We do a lot of measuring and re-measuring because that is just how the design process goes for us. It is a bit messy sometimes, but that is how a real workspace looks when people are actually busy. We are just local folks trying to turn ideas into actual products without making a huge fuss about it.
