Chromex Dyes

Chromex Dyes is based over on Sarang Street. We are inside the Radhkrishnan Textile Market, at shop 313/19. It’s a very busy place with people moving bundles of cloth all day long. Our shop is full of containers and packets. You can see different colors everywhere on the counters and even on our clothes sometimes. It's hard to keep things clean when you work with dyes. The market is always loud and crowded. We've been here for years, just like many of the other traders around us. We don't have a big office or a reception area. It's just us and the stock. We talk to the printers and the weavers who come in looking for specific shades. Sometimes we have what they want, sometimes we have to wait for a delivery. It's a lot of lifting and moving stuff around. The lighting in the market isn't the best so we have to use extra lamps to see the colors properly. We drink a lot of chai to stay awake during the long afternoons. We don't do much marketing. If people need dye, they know where the market is. We just try to stay organized so we don't mix up the orders. It’s a simple life in a busy market. We know most of our neighbors and we help each other move heavy crates when needed.
