Our office is in Flat 202 on Road Number 4 in Goregaon East. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, but we’re used to it. Jayprakesh Nagar is a busy little pocket of Mumbai, and we’ve been operating out of this apartment-style office for quite a while now. It’s not like those big glass buildings you see in the city center. We’ve got desks squeezed into the rooms and files stacked up wherever they fit. It works for us though. Being in a residential-commercial mix means we see the same neighbors every day. It feels more personal that way. We spend most of our time coordinating shipments and making sure the paperwork for the chemicals is all in order. It can get a bit hectic when the monsoon hits because the roads around Goregaon get flooded, but we still make it in. There’s no big sign outside, just a small plate on the door so you know you’re at the right place. We don't do much in terms of marketing. Most of our work comes from people we’ve known for a long time. It’s a small team here, just a few of us trying to keep things running smoothly. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the orders. It’s a humble setup, but it’s our space and we like it.
