Choice Point

Choice Point is based right in the heart of Andheri East. It is a busy part of the city to be in, and things never really slow down around here. We have been operating from this location for quite some time now. Our day is mostly filled with walk-ins and phone calls. Being in Andheri East means you have to be ready for anything because the pace is so fast. We do not have a fancy office with a big lobby. It is a practical workspace where we get things done. I spend a lot of time organizing things and making sure we stay on top of the daily tasks. The traffic outside can be a nightmare, but once you are inside, we just focus on the work. We are not trying to be some big corporation. We are just a local business trying to provide a decent service to the people who find us. Most of our customers come from the nearby offices or residential buildings. It is a diverse crowd, which keeps things interesting. Some days are quieter than others, but there is always something that needs fixing or sorting out. We do not use any polished scripts when we talk to people. We just tell it like it is and try to be helpful. That is how we have always run Choice Point. It is just a normal place of work in a very busy part of Mumbai.
