We operate from the village of Rayees, which is in the Nawadah district of Bihar. Our specific location is through Pakribrawanh. It’s a very local, rural setting, which is quite different from the big city offices many people expect for a joint venture like this. We work out of a space managed by Mohammed A. H. Sajid. It’s a humble setup, but it serves its purpose for our operations in this region. We spend a lot of time dealing with the local logistics and making sure everything is in order for the work we do. There aren't many amenities around here, so we’ve learned to be quite self-sufficient. The roads can be rough, and getting supplies takes a bit of planning. We don't have a glossy corporate profile or a big staff. It’s just a few dedicated people keeping things moving. We value the connection to the local community here in Rayees. It’s not a place for flashy presentations or corporate speak. We just get the work done as best as we can with what we have. Most of our day involves managing local contacts and overseeing the tasks that come our way. It’s a simple, honest way of working that focuses on the reality of being based in a place like Nawadah.
