Chip & Dale

Our place is in the Patanwala Estate, specifically in unit A1. It’s located on LBS Marg in Ghatkopar West, right across from where the old Shreyas Cinema is. If you know that stretch of road, you know how busy it gets with all the trucks, cars, and rickshaws. The estate itself is quite industrial and has that old Mumbai feel to it. Chip & Dale has been here for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. It’s not the kind of spot you’d visit if you are looking for a luxury experience. It’s dusty, busy, and full of people working hard. We have a lot of stuff packed into our space. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough room to move around, but we know exactly where everything is kept. The entrance can be a bit tricky to find if the gate is crowded with delivery vans. Most of our neighbors are doing similar work, so there’s always the sound of machinery or people shouting across the yard. We usually have a tea break around four when the local chai wallah comes around. It’s a good moment to sit on a plastic crate and just take a breather. Being in Ghatkopar West is handy because the connectivity is decent, even if the traffic on LBS Marg makes you frustrated sometimes. We don’t have a fancy showroom, just our work area and a lot of effort to get the day's tasks finished.
