Chintamanis Jewellery Arcade Pvt. Ltd. is located on the 1st Floor of the Pethe Building. This is on J. S. S. Road in the Thakurdwar area. It’s an old part of the city, and the building has been there for a long time. You have to walk up the stairs to find us. Being on the first floor makes it a bit quieter than the shops right on the street level. We have a decent amount of space where we keep our collections. It’s not a modern mall or anything like that. It feels more like an old-school office and showroom. We spend a lot of time organizing the displays and talking to people who come up to see us. J. S. S. Road is usually packed with traffic, so we hear the sounds of the street all day. We’ve got a few people working here, some have been with us for years. We just focus on the jewelry and making sure we have things people want. It’s a lot of manual work, checking tags and cleaning the glass. We don't use any fancy sales talk. If someone likes something, they buy it. We just try to be helpful. Thakurdwar is a neighborhood with a lot of history, but our little spot in the Pethe Building is where we feel at home. It’s a basic setup but it works well for us and our customers who know the way up.
