Chinese Hut

Chinese Hut is our small spot over in Mumbai. You can find us at Farm Fair on BD Road, which is part of the Warden Road area. We are located right next to the IOC petrol pump. Having a business in the 400026 zip code means there is always a lot of noise and movement. It is a fast-paced part of the city. We have been here for some time now. Our kitchen is not very big, but we make it work. We do not use any of those fancy marketing tricks or expensive decorations. The walls are plain and the furniture is just what we need to get by. Most of our customers are people who live nearby or work at the shops on Warden Road. Even the guys from the petrol pump come over sometimes. We just focus on getting the food ready and making sure people have a place to sit. It is a very straightforward setup. Sometimes we have a busy day and things get a bit hectic, but we just handle it. We are just regular people running a local business. We do not try to be anything we are not. It is just a hut for food, exactly like the name says. We hope people feel okay when they come in. We don't have any big corporate plans. We just keep our heads down and cook. It is what we know.
