Chic Craft

We’ve been here at Guindy Industrial Estate for a while now. Chic Craft is the name on the door at number 10, and most days start early before the traffic gets really bad around Ekkaduthangal. It is a busy spot. We mostly focus on the work right in front of us. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we keep the machines running anyway. People drop by sometimes asking for things, and we just do what we can for them. It is not fancy or anything. Just a lot of hands-on stuff happening inside these walls. The floor is usually a bit dusty. We try to keep things organized, but you know how it goes when there is a lot of work piled up. We aren't trying to change the world. We just make what people need and try to get it out on time. Sometimes there are delays or we run out of a certain material, but that’s just how it is. Being in NP 10 puts us right in the middle of everything here. You can hear the noise from the other shops nearby all day long. We have grown used to it. If you walk past, you will probably see us busy with some project. We don't spend much time on computers or writing things down. Mostly we just handle the materials and make sure the sizes are right. It is a job, and we’re glad to have it here.
