Chemtex

Chemtex is based out of a flat in Kharghar, specifically Flat No. 302 on Plot No. 12 in Sector-21. It’s a quieter part of Navi Mumbai compared to the main city. We use this space as our main hub for managing everything. It’s not a huge factory floor, just a functional office where we handle the planning and the paperwork. Most of us have lived in Navi Mumbai for years, so we know the area well. Working out of Sector-21 is convenient because it’s a bit more relaxed. We handle a lot of chemical-related consultancy and supply coordination from these rooms. The walls are lined with files and some old samples we’ve kept over the years. We aren't into big corporate meetings or expensive marketing campaigns. We just answer the phone, reply to emails, and make sure our orders are moving. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, or we have to wait for the courier guy to find the right plot number, but that’s just part of life here. We treat our clients like neighbors. If someone has a question about a product, we just tell them the truth about what works and what doesn't. It's a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything, from accounting to customer calls. We like the pace of Kharghar and the way we can just focus on the work without too much noise from the outside world.
