Chempro Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is over in Thane, specifically in the Chandiwala Complex at Chandanwadi. Our office is B-301. It’s a decent enough building, though the parking can be a bit of a nightmare if you arrive late in the morning. We’ve been here for a while now. Inside, it looks like any other working office. There are computers, some dusty shelves, and a lot of cables tucked behind the desks. We handle the tech side of things from here. It involves a lot of sitting and looking at data. We try to keep things organized, but when we get busy, the desks usually end up covered in notes and printouts. It’s just how we work. The team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. We don't go in for big meetings or long speeches. Usually, we just talk across the room if something needs doing. Thane is a good place to be based, even with the traffic. We get our work done and try to stay on top of the schedule. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big project, but mostly we stick to regular hours. It’s an honest living. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just run our business from this corner of Chandiwala Complex. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we take the stairs to wake ourselves up. It’s a small space but it has everything we need to keep going.
