Our office for Chemithon Engg is located right in Malad East. It is actually a residential setup in the B 1 section of Ishwar Bhuvan. If you know Rani Sati Marg, you know how busy it gets around here with all the traffic and people moving about. We are not in one of those huge glass buildings you see in the corporate parks. It is more of a home-style office in Mumbai 400097. The neighbors are nice and we have been here for a good amount of time. Working from a residential area has its own rhythm. You hear the sounds of the street and the local vendors. We do our engineering work on our computers and keep our files organized in the back room. The space is a bit tight but we make it work for the few of us who are here every day. Getting to the office involves navigating the Malad station crowds or driving through the narrow lanes if the main road is blocked. Sometimes we have tea from the stall just down the road when we need a break from the drawings. It feels more like a real part of the community than a cold office. Mumbai is a fast city but inside Ishwar Bhuvan, things feel a bit more grounded. We handle our engineering projects with whatever tools we have at hand and keep things moving forward one day at a time without much fuss.
