Channabasava Traders

If you go to Yusuf Meherali Road, you’ll find the Chaitaiwala Building. Channabasava Traders is on the 1st floor, specifically Office No.7. The building numbers are 186-188. This area is known for being very busy with traders and wholesale business. Our office is right in the thick of it. It’s a bit of an older building, so the corridors are narrow and there’s always the smell of spices or goods from the street. We do a lot of trading from this little office. We have shelves full of ledgers and samples. It’s not a place where you’d expect to see a lot of modern tech, though we do have what we need to get by. Most of our day is spent negotiating or checking on deliveries. It gets pretty loud outside with the handcarts and the shouting of the loaders, but that’s just the energy of Yusuf Meherali Road. We’ve been at this 1st-floor spot for quite some time. The office itself is simple, just a few chairs and a big wooden desk where we do most of our business. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on our reputation in the market. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. People come in, we talk business, and we get things moved. It’s a hard-working place for sure, and we prefer it that way.
