Our office is located at 9/A/1 in the Vidyadani building. It's tucked away on Westend Marg in Andheri East, right across from Kiran Care. We deal with cargo and moving things around. It's a lot of paperwork and phone calls to be honest. The room is often filled with stacks of files and the sound of printers. We've been in this part of Andheri for quite some time now. You learn the shortcuts through the streets when you work here. It's a bit of a tight squeeze in the office sometimes, especially when everyone is in at once. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks. As long as the boxes get where they need to go, we are satisfied. The neighborhood is always bustling. We get our tea from the stall just down the road. It helps during the long afternoons when the heat gets a bit much. Most of our guys are out on the field or at the ports, so the office stays relatively quiet until the evening. We just focus on the logistics. Nothing fancy about it. We just handle the shipping and the heavy lifting. People stop by to drop off documents or ask about rates. We try to keep things simple and straightforward. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We started Chanchal Cargo because there was a need for it. There are a lot of rules and taxes to navigate, so we spend time reading through those updates. It isn't the most exciting part of the job.
