Chalet Hotel Ltd

Chalet Hotel Ltd is located in Sector 30A, Vashi, at Plot 39/1. We also have things running over at Survey No 85/1/B on Paud Road in Pune. Running a hotel is a bit different from running a small shop, but at the end of the day, it’s still just about taking care of the people who walk through the door. Our Vashi spot is in a very busy part of town, right near all the commercial hubs. Every morning starts with a lot of checks. We have to make sure the rooms from 6 to 15 are ready, the kitchen has enough for breakfast, and the lobby is clean. It’s a big building with many different sections, and things can go wrong at any time. A pipe might leak or an elevator might act up, and we have to get it sorted quickly. We have a good number of staff, but it still feels like a local operation in many ways. We spend a lot of our time on our feet, moving between different floors and checking on the maintenance. On Paud Road, the vibe is a bit different, but the work is the same. We don't go in for a lot of corporate talk or polished speeches. We just focus on the basics like clean sheets and a working shower. It’s a 24-hour business, so there’s always someone here. We just keep going, making sure the building stays in good shape.
