Century Road Transport Pvt Ltd

We run Century Road Transport Pvt Ltd from our office in Twin Arcade, Room C 103. This is on Military Road in Andheri East, right near the 7 Hill Hospital. It’s a busy part of town, which makes sense for a transport company. We spend our days tracking trucks and talking to drivers on their mobile phones. The office is usually full of logbooks and delivery receipts piled up on the desks. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. It’s mostly about making sure the cargo gets from one point to another without too much trouble. Andheri East is a hub for this kind of work, so we fit right in. There’s always noise from the traffic outside, and the phone rings pretty much constantly. We don't use polished scripts when we talk to clients. We just give them the status of their shipment and let them know when to expect the arrival. Sometimes the weather or the roads cause delays, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. It is a lot of coordination. We’ve been in Twin Arcade for a while, and the security guards know us well. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a big map and a lot of coffee. It is straightforward, sometimes stressful, but we get the job done. If you need something moved, we are here in C 103, just waiting for the next call to come in.
