Celltonic

Celltonic is a small mobile shop located on MR Lane in Kurla West, at 15/150. If you know MR Lane, you know it’s a narrow place that’s always packed with people looking for all sorts of things. Our shop is right in the thick of it. We deal with mobile phones, whether it's selling a new one or trying to fix an old one that has seen better days. The space is quite tight, so we have to be very organized with how we store the phones and all the little accessories like cases and chargers. We have a small glass display that shows what we have in stock, and the rest is kept in boxes in the back. It gets very loud outside with all the people and the traffic, so we usually have to speak up when we're talking to customers. We don't have any fancy uniforms or a corporate manual. We just know about phones and we help people out with whatever they need. Sometimes we’re busy fixing a charging port while also trying to sell a tempered glass to someone else. It can be a bit chaotic, but that’s just how things are in Kurla. We’ve been here at 15/150 for a while, and we know many of the regulars who pass by every day. We’re just a local spot where you can get your phone sorted without any fuss.
