Cell World

Our shop, Cell World, is right on the Pune Nasik Highway along S V Road. It is a busy stretch of road, so we see a lot of people passing through who need a quick fix or a new cable for their car. I’ve been working here for about five years now, and the traffic outside never really stops. We deal with all kinds of mobile phones, mostly fixing buttons that don't click or speakers that have gone quiet. The dust from the highway is a constant battle, but we try to keep the glass cases clean. It’s just me and one other guy here most days. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website, just the sign out front that people see as they drive past. Sometimes the power goes out in this area, so we keep some flashlights handy to keep working. It is a simple business, really. We buy parts, we fix phones, and we try to make sure everyone leaves with a working device. If we can't fix it, we'll tell you straight. No point in wasting anyone’s time. The 41550 area has changed a lot since we opened, but we’re still here in the same spot, doing the same work every day. Usually, we're open late because that's when most people have their phone troubles after getting home from work. It gets loud with the trucks, but you get used to it after a while.
