Cell Solutuion

At Cell Solutuion, we have a couple of spots, one on Malad East Station Road and another at Malad West 4 H. Station Road is always a madhouse with people rushing to catch trains. Our shop there is small, but it’s right in the middle of everything. We spend a lot of time just swapping out batteries or fixing charging ports for people who are in a hurry. Over in Malad West, it’s a little different, but the work is mostly the same. We see a lot of cracked screens. It’s a shame how fragile these phones are nowadays. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few guys who are good with their hands. Sometimes we run out of a certain part and have to wait for the delivery, which is annoying for everyone. We try to be honest about how long it will take. If we can't fix it, we just say so. No point in wasting anyone's time. The shops are usually a bit messy with tiny screws and bits of plastic. It’s hard to keep a place clean when you are taking things apart all day. We’ve been working in Malad for a while now and we like it. The local food stalls are great for a quick lunch. We don't have any big goals, just to keep the shops running and keep the customers coming back when they break their stuff.
