Cell Point

Cell Point is tucked away in Andheri West, specifically over at MR Garden on the 5th Cross. The full address is V Nagena Halli 2/B, which sounds a bit complicated when you say it out loud, but it's easy to find once you're in the area. We mostly deal with mobile phones here. It’s a small space, mostly filled with boxes, spare parts, and tools. My brother and I run the place together. We started out because we both liked taking things apart when we were younger. Now, people bring us phones with cracked screens or batteries that won't hold a charge anymore. The 5th Cross is a decent spot, though parking is always a bit of a headache for everyone. We don't have any big corporate signs or fancy marketing. Just the name Cell Point on the door. Inside, there’s a small workbench where most of the work happens under a bright lamp. We get a lot of regulars from the neighborhood who just stop by to chat or ask a quick question about their phone settings. It’s not a fast-paced environment. We take our time with the repairs to make sure they’re done right. Sometimes we stay late if a part arrives late in the day. There's a lot of competition in Andheri West, but we just focus on the job in front of us. We keep some basic covers and screen guards on the shelves for people. It’s a simple setup and there is nothing flashy about it. We’ve been here at 2/B for a few years now. Just a local shop helping people with their devices when they need it.
