Cell Point

Our shop, Cell Point, is located in Goregaon West. We are right in the J B Nagar area. It’s a lively neighborhood with plenty of stuff going on. We see a lot of people walking by every day. The shop is small and focused on phones. We have been in J B Nagar for a while now. It feels like home. Most days involve opening up phones and trying to see why they won't turn on. It can be frustrating work, but it’s what we do. We don't have a fancy waiting area. People usually just drop off their devices and come back later. Goregaon West is a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street. We’re used to it by now. The shop is filled with various accessories and parts for different models. We try to keep things in order, but it’s a constant battle. We’re just a few people working here. No big corporate rules or anything like that. We just talk to people and help them out with their mobile problems. If you are around J B Nagar, you’ve probably walked past us a few times. We stay pretty busy during the week. It’s a simple setup. We like the local vibe of Goregaon. It’s not perfect, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in every day until we close up.
