At Cdma Enggineer At Reliance Communications, our base is in the Bhumish Asar Poornima Building. We are located on R. B. Meheta Road in Ghatkopar East, Mumbai. It’s a busy spot, as you can imagine for Mumbai. The building is an older one, but it’s sturdy and holds a lot of history for us. Being on R. B. Meheta Road means we are right in the thick of the Ghatkopar traffic and the general energy of the city. The office is usually a bit chaotic, with cables everywhere and people moving back and forth constantly. We don't have those fancy open-plan layouts you see in magazines. Instead, it’s a lot of desks pushed together and personal photos pinned to the cubicle walls. The air conditioning sometimes struggles with the Mumbai humidity, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and looking at data, and the tea guy comes around twice a day which is the highlight for most of us. It’s not a glamorous job, and the office reflects that—it’s functional and a bit messy. There are stacks of old equipment in the corners that we keep just in case. It’s a real place with real people who are just trying to keep the systems running while navigating the daily commute and the noise of the street outside.
