Blue Star Engineering & Elecronics Ltd.

You can find us on the 4th floor of Band Box House. It’s located at 254-D on Dr. Annie Besant Road right in Worli. Being in Worli means there is always something going on outside, and the traffic is pretty much constant. Blue Star Engineering & Electronics Ltd is a bit of a mouthful, but we just think of ourselves as the team upstairs. We work on a lot of different electronic and engineering projects. The office is full of computers, testing kits, and rolls of blueprints. It’s not a quiet library type of office; there’s always someone talking or a piece of equipment being tested. We’ve got big windows, but we usually have the blinds down to keep the glare off the screens. We spend a lot of time on the phone or in small huddles trying to figure out technical glitches. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, grab some tea, and start looking at the data or the hardware. Sometimes we have to go out to sites, but a lot of the brain work happens right here in Band Box House. It’s a professional enough place, but we’re pretty casual with each other. We’ve been around this part of Mumbai for years and know all the best places for lunch nearby. It’s just our daily routine and we like it.
