Catiq Core Private Limited

Catiq Core Private Limited is way up on the 17th floor of the Promenade 1 building. We are located at unit 1702, which gives us a pretty good view of Ghatkopar. The office is on LBS Road, right across from R City Mall. If you know that area, you know how packed the roads get, especially in the evenings. Being near Godrej Gate No 1 makes it a bit easier to give directions to people. We are in a high-rise, but inside, we keep things pretty grounded. It’s a standard Mumbai office with a few rows of desks and some chairs that have seen better days. We aren't a big, polished corporation with a lobby full of plants. We are just a group of people working together in this space. The commute can be a bit of a struggle for some of us, but being so close to the mall means there is always something to do after work. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations or worrying about how we look to the outside world. Most of our time goes into the daily tasks and making sure our clients are taken care of. It is a busy environment, and we like the energy of being in such a central part of Mumbai. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change, but we just keep doing our thing on the 17th floor.
