Carryco

Carryco is based at 13/15 Chinch Bunder. This is an old part of the city with a lot of history and very narrow streets. Our building has been here for a long time and you can tell by looking at the walls. We don't have a modern office with glass partitions. It is more like a traditional setup with wooden desks and stacks of files. Chinch Bunder is a very active trading hub, so there is always the sound of handcarts and trucks outside. We fit right into the neighborhood. Our day starts early when the market awakens and the first loads arrive. We don’t do any marketing or have a sales team. People usually find us because they have been dealing with this area for years. The space we have is a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We don't use much English here usually, mostly just the local talk, but we manage. It is a small team and we all do a bit of everything, from answering phones to checking the stock. The weather can get really hot in these old buildings, so we just keep the fans on high. We don't have any grand plans to change how we do things. We just like being part of the Chinch Bunder community and doing our work quietly. It is a simple life and a simple business, and we are quite content with that. There is no corporate polish here, just real work.
