We are located in B-107 of the Pioneer Heritage Tower-1 in Santacruz West. Mumbai is always moving fast, and this area is no different. Being on the ground floor makes it easier when we have to move equipment in and out, which happens almost every day. The office isn't very large, but we’ve made it work by putting up some extra shelves for the Canon boxes. The walls are a plain off-white color and could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but nobody really has the time to worry about that. We focus more on the computers and the inventory lists. Traffic on the road outside is pretty loud, so we usually keep the door shut. It’s a nice enough building, though the parking for visitors is almost impossible to find. Most of us take the train and then a rickshaw to get here. We have a small corner where we keep a kettle for tea and some snacks. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We talk about the cricket scores while we work and try not to let the stress of the city get to us. It’s just a regular workplace where people show up, do what needs to be done, and then head home. No one is trying to impress anybody here. We just want to make sure the business runs smoothly and the orders are correct before they go out. It is what it is.
