You can find Canadian Food Products Pvt. Ltd. at 312E in Crystal Plaza. We’re right in the heart of Lokhandwala on the Link Road in Andheri West. If you’ve ever tried to park around here, you know it’s a bit of a nightmare, so we usually just take the train or a rickshaw. Our office is one of many in this building, and it’s a fairly busy spot with people coming and going all the time. We handle different food products, and while the name might sound like we’re from far away, we’re just local people working in the Mumbai food trade. The space is filled with samples and folders, and there’s always a kettle going for tea. We spend most of our hours on the phone or responding to emails about shipments and stock levels. It’s not a glamorous job, but someone has to make sure the food products get to where they’re supposed to be. Crystal Plaza is a noisy place, and you can always hear the city hum outside the windows. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily grind of checking inventory and talking to suppliers. Sometimes the elevator takes forever, but that’s just life in Andheri. We keep things simple and focus on the work right in front of us, making sure the orders are processed and the day goes smoothly for everyone involved here.
