We are set up in Andheri East, in the Wicel building, specifically units F/11-12. Being right opposite SEEPZ on Central Road means it is always incredibly busy outside. If you’ve ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know how the traffic is and how many people are walking around at all hours. Our office is a bit of a maze with all the different sections, but we know our way around. It’s an older industrial-style building, so the walls are thick and it stays relatively cool inside. We can hear the rain hitting the roof really loudly during the monsoon season. There is always a lot of activity in the hallways with people from other companies moving around. We spend most of our time at our desks or in the small pantry area. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a movie; it’s just a regular workplace with standard desks and chairs. We have a lot of files and equipment tucked into every corner. The commute here can be a struggle for some of us, but once we’re inside, we just settle into the routine. Most days are spent on the phone or working on the computers. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and see everyone working. It’s a busy environment but we’ve gotten used to the pace of Andheri life over the years.
