We are set up at Post: R-309 in Rabale. Rabale is a huge industrial area in Navi Mumbai, and we are right in the thick of it. The R-309 address is easy enough to find if you follow the main industrial lanes. It’s an area full of warehouses and small manufacturing units. Our space is more of a functional unit than a fancy office. We deal with humifresh products, which means we spend a lot of time thinking about storage and freshness. The air in Rabale can get a bit heavy with the factory smells, but you get used to it after a while. We have a small team here. Most of us live nearby in Airoli or Thane and take the local train to Rabale station. The walk from the station to the office is about ten minutes, and it’s a good way to wake up in the morning. Inside, it’s a bit messy sometimes with crates or samples moving around. We don't have a receptionist to greet people at the door. Usually, whoever is closest to the entrance just looks up and says hello. It’s a very down-to-earth way of doing things. We don’t use a lot of corporate jargon in our meetings; we just talk about what needs to be shipped and what the inventory levels look like. It’s practical work. We stay busy with the day-to-day tasks and don't really worry about having a polished image for the public.
