Calibre Engineer & Developers

Calibre Engineer & Developers has its home in Chembur East. We are at number 9, specifically in the Basettypet Chickpet Cross area. It is very close to the Maa Municipal Hospital, so most people use that as their main guide when they are trying to find us for the first time. The neighborhood is fairly busy, as you’d expect from this part of the city. Our office is a practical space where we spend most of our daylight hours. It isn't a showroom or anything like that. It’s just where the work happens. There are stacks of blueprints and technical documents on almost every flat surface. We have a few computers that are always running and a small area where we can sit down and talk through the projects. The street outside can get a bit loud with the hospital traffic and people moving around, but we are used to it by now. It’s a convenient location for us because it’s easy to get to different sites from here. We don’t have a big reception desk or a lobby. Usually, you just walk in and someone will be there at a desk. We prefer it that way because it feels more like a real workspace. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a blessing in the summer. It’s just a normal office for normal people doing their jobs day in and day out. We often work through the lunch hour if a deadline is approaching.
