Our shop is number 21 on the second floor of the building in Masjid Bunder West. We are right near the Asian Dryfruits shop, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. The area is always packed with people and carts, and it can be quite a struggle just to walk down the street sometimes. Once you get up to the second floor, though, it’s a bit more manageable. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a long time. It’s a traditional kind of business where we keep track of everything in old ledgers and the phone is always ringing with someone asking about stock. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just rely on the people who have been doing business with us for years. The shop isn't very big, so we have to be careful about how we stack things. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and get through the work. Masjid Bunder is a place with a lot of history, and you can feel it when you walk through the narrow lanes. We are just one small part of that. We handle our orders, talk to the transporters, and make sure everything is where it needs to be. It is not a fancy corporate office, just a workspace where we do our daily business. We’ve grown used to the noise and the constant movement of the market below.
