Bsh (Siemens)

Our office is located in Arena House, on the second floor of the main building at Plot No 103. This is Road No 12 in the MIDC area of Andheri East. It’s a very busy industrial part of Mumbai, so getting here in the morning is always a bit of a challenge with the traffic. At Bsh (Siemens), we spend our time dealing with various technical aspects and coordination. The office is a standard setup with desks, computers, and a lot of ringing phones. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that is just the way it goes in Andheri. We handle things related to home appliances and engineering parts. Usually, there are delivery guys coming in and out with packages, and there is always someone looking for a specific part number in a big catalog. We don't have any of those fancy modern office perks like bean bags or game rooms. It’s a place for work. Most of us take the train and then a shared auto to get to the gate. In the monsoon, the road outside gets quite messy with all the puddles, so we usually keep an extra pair of shoes at the desk. We just focus on getting our tasks done and making sure the customers get what they need. It’s a steady job in a fast-paced part of the city.
