You can find Bses M G Hospital up on the second floor of the building on S V Road in Andheri West. It is a bit of a tucked-away spot, and if you are not looking for the sign, you might walk right past the entrance on the ground floor. Being on the second floor gives us a little bit of a break from the direct chaos of the street, though the sound of traffic is always there in the background. We are not a massive hospital campus; instead, we operate in a more compact space. This means the nurses and doctors are always close by, but it also means things can feel a bit crowded when we have a lot of visitors. We have our wards and treatment rooms laid out as best as we can in the space we have. Most of our patients are people who live in the apartments or work in the shops around this part of Andheri West. Since we are a smaller setup, we tend to know our patients a bit better than the huge hospitals do. We do not have a big PR team or glossy posters on the walls. Most people come here because they know the location or a neighbor told them about us. We focus on getting through the daily list of appointments and making sure the people in the beds are being looked after. It is a lot of hard work in a tight space, but we keep the routine going every single day without much fuss.
