Bright Telecom

We opened up Bright Telecom a few years back here in Ghatkopar East. If you know the Bhatar Char Rasta 18 area, you know how busy it gets around this crossing. It’s a lot of traffic and people constantly moving back and forth. Our shop isn't very large, just enough space for the counters and the repair bench in the back. Most mornings start with dusting off the glass cases and checking what came in the day before. We see all sorts of phones, mostly ones that have been dropped or had water spilled on them. It’s messy work sometimes. The light in the back flickers a bit if we have too many chargers plugged in at once. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a circuit board. People from the neighborhood stop by for recharges or to ask why their apps aren't working right. We don’t have a fancy waiting area or anything, just a plastic chair if it’s not already being used for holding boxes. The shelves are mostly filled with cables, some screen guards, and those basic plastic cases people like. It gets hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the front of the shop. We usually have the radio playing low in the background to pass the time. It’s just a normal daily routine for us at this spot. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the spare parts get mixed up.
