Boutique Fashions Ltd.

We’re located in the Pragati Industrial Estate, at 141, which is on N. M. Joshi Marg in Lower Parel East. This part of Mumbai is always humming with some kind of activity. Boutique Fashions Ltd. has been operating out of this industrial estate for a long time. It’s not the kind of place you’d come to for a fancy shopping experience because it’s a working building with lots of other businesses around us. The elevators are often slow and the hallways can be a bit dark, but it’s a good central spot for us to get our work done. We handle a lot of garment production here. The space is mostly filled with sewing machines, cutting tables, and stacks of fabric waiting to be turned into something. It’s quite loud during the day with all the machines running and people talking over the noise. We don't really have a lobby or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us busy at our desks or on the floor checking the quality of the latest batch. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, with new towers going up nearby, but our little corner in the estate stays pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down and focus on the orders we have to finish. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we’re used to the rhythm of Lower Parel.
